EIFL has renewed its agreement with Sage Publications for access to and publishing in Sage Journals for a further two years, until December 2022.

Through the agreement, libraries in 11 EIFL countries can get free access to the SAGE Premier collection of 1,120 titles:
Armenia, Congo, Ethiopia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Senegal, Sudan, Tanzania, Uzbekistan, Zambia
Discounted access
Libraries in another 14 countries are eligible for discounted access to the SAGE Premier collection:
Albania, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Maldives, Moldova, Palestine, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine
Read & publish for Slovenia
The Consortium of Slovene Electronic Collections (COSEC) in Slovenia is planning to sign up to the publish & read component for 2021. This will provide access to the SAGE Premier 2016 collection as well as unlimited open access publishing in SAGE’s 934 hybrid journals of that collection.
Waived Article Processing Charges
The agreement also ensures waived Article Processing Charges (APCs) for corresponding authors from 33 EIFL partner countries when publishing in SAGE’s 183 fully open access journals:

Discounted Article Processing Charges
Corresponding authors from four EIFL countries also also eligible to receive a 20% discount on APCs when publishing in SAGE’s fully open access journals, provided that their affiliated institutions have an existing subscription in place:
