Teresa Hackett, EIFL Copyright and Libraries Programme Manager, will present an overview of three key guides to the Marrakesh Treaty for persons with print disabilities during a training course organized by the European Blind Union (EBU) on ‘The Importance of the Marrakesh Treaty: Its Ratification and Implementation’.
The training course is aimed at EBU members, libraries and national authorities in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.
The online presentation will feature The Marrakesh Treaty: an EIFL Guide for Libraries; ‘Our right to knowledge’ published by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and Main Provisions and Benefits of the Marrakesh Treaty (2013) from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
