Richard Wanjohi, librarian at Kenya National Library Service / Meru Public Library, will present a paper on his library’s pioneering outreach services for children with special needs at an International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions World Library and Information Congress (IFLA WLIC) 2018 satellite meeting. The title of the satellite meeting is ‘Inclusive Library Services for Children and Young Adults’.

EIFL is supporting Wanjohi to attend the satellite meeting. His presentation includes discussion of a project funded by the EIFL-Public Library Innovation Programme.

The meeting will take place in the the National Library Building in Singapore.
